Diet & Nutrition
Food is the first medicine.
Nutrition designed for how you actually eat — with attention to your cycle, symptoms, culture and pantry.
Personal Care
Personal care is the daily practice of tending to your body — skin, hair, hygiene, sleep and stress — from the inside out. Products help, but the foundation is nutrition, hydration and rhythm.
Skin from within
- Omega-3s (flax, walnuts, fish) for barrier repair.
- Vitamin C rich foods for collagen.
- Zinc for acne-prone skin.
- Water and unsweetened fluids across the day, not all at once.
Hair & nails
- Protein at every meal — hair is made of it.
- Iron, ferritin and B12 checked yearly, especially for menstruating individuals.
- Scalp oiling weekly and gentle handling on shedding days.
Menstrual hygiene
Change your period product every 4–6 hours regardless of flow. Prefer breathable materials, and rinse with plain warm water — the vulva is self-cleaning and does not need fragrance. Our Pure Comfort pads are designed around this philosophy.
Sleep as skincare
Aim for 7–9 hours, keep screens off 30 minutes before bed, and eat your last full meal 2–3 hours before sleeping. Overnight is when your body does most of its repair work.
