Diet & Nutrition

Food is the first medicine.

Nutrition designed for how you actually eat — with attention to your cycle, symptoms, culture and pantry.

Diet for All Diseases

Nutrition is a first-line therapy for most chronic conditions. Below is a snapshot of how we approach some of the most common ones we support — always alongside your treating physician, never as a replacement.

PCOS & hormonal imbalance

Low-glycaemic meals, adequate protein, magnesium and inositol-rich foods (leafy greens, legumes, buckwheat), gentle strength training and sleep hygiene. Reducing ultra-processed sugars is often the single biggest lever.

Thyroid conditions

Consistent iodine (in moderation), selenium (Brazil nuts, eggs), zinc and iron. We watch for goitrogens only when clinically relevant and adjust based on your labs.

Diabetes & insulin resistance

Balanced plates: half non-starchy vegetables, a palm of protein, a fist of complex carbs, a thumb of healthy fat. Meal timing and post-meal walks matter as much as ingredient choice.

Digestive disorders (IBS, acidity, bloating)

Structured meals, warm cooked foods, mindful chewing, and a short elimination window when needed. We work with — not against — your gut's rhythm.

Anaemia & deficiencies

Iron-rich foods paired with vitamin C, cooking in iron cookware, supplementation only when your reports call for it, and follow-up labs to make sure we're actually moving the needle.

Cardiovascular health

Mediterranean-leaning meals, soluble fibre (oats, flax, legumes), omega-3s, less sodium, and daily movement you enjoy enough to keep.

Every plan is individualised. Bring your reports, and we'll build from there.
